Create, recruit for and deliver two transformative one-day workshops for ‘Entrepreneurs and Wantrepreneurs’ in Greater Belfast. The project targeted a total of 30 participants.
We designed a brand and programme that attracted 35 pre-start and early stage entrepreneurs as well as two sponsoring organisations. The innovative workshop featured 3 expert facilitators, a guest speaker, 1-2-1 as well as peer group mentoring. The content was shaped so that delegates left with a clear, concise and uncomplicated roadmap for their business or idea, as well as the ability to engagingly articulate the business’s story. They identified key actions required to gain early momentum and departed with a toolkit and appetite to get things done. Feedback from participants was outstanding with many commenting that the experience helped them to refocus and redouble their entrepreneurial efforts. The feedback is captured in the adjoining video.
