Podiem was engaged by CILT to review, refresh and reinvigorate the annual industry dinner with a view to attracting the key players within the sector, establishing it as a signature event and raising the profile of CILT.

Elevate: The Outcome

In partnership with the Institute we created a growth plan that would see the event move initially to the Harbour Office and then on to Titanic Belfast (both of which have a clear content fit with the sector). We refreshed the event brand, introduced a limited number of sponsorship positions and ensured the event content (in terms of both the social experience and the speaker/entertainment) was of the highest order. The growth plan, and associated objectives, have been achieved with 300 people regularly attending the event at the end of February each year. The event has been established as an industry highlight with a strong suite of returning sponsors and attendees year on year.
