Belfast City Council
Create and execute a programme designed for entrepreneurs who defy the odds to unearth and unleash entrepreneurial spirt.
As delivery partner, on behalf of Belfast City Council, Podiem created and executed a bespoke and unique programme designed specifically to target potential entrepreneurs in hard to reach areas with a view to equip them with the tools needed for their future business and self-employment paths. Each session was led by Ciaran May, who is a speaker and performance coach to some of Northern Ireland’s most successful athletes. The bespoke workshops concentrated on confidence building, instilling resilience, goal setting and achieving as well as dealing with fear and self-doubt with participants given the opportunity to put their ‘Boundary Breaking’ learning into action by taking on the Surf Simulator and Drop Slide at Andersonstown leisure centre.
