Create and execute a world-class six month leadership programme designed to unearth, inspire, and equip 30 ‘exceptional potential leaders’ under the age of 30.
As delivery partner, Podiem is working directly with Keep Northern Ireland Beautiful to create and deliver a programme of workshops facilitated by internationally-renowned thinkers and leaders to provide insight, inspiration and impetus allowing participants to return to their organisation, sector or area of interest and affect meaningful, planet-positive change. A full cohort of 30 exceptional future climate change leaders has been recruited and the programme is currently underway due to end in March 2023.
